Exchanges-Refunds
Please ensure your order is 100% correct before submitting. There will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been received.
Processing:
Processing time for all orders is 72 hours (3 business days).
We offer PREORDER items (Preorder items are marked next to the item’s name).
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Shipping:
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address submitted by the purchaser, the purchaser will incur the cost to resend the item(s).
Shipping time occurs after the processing period. Delays are beyond our control. Stock items will ship within 48 hours after processing. All non-stock items may take an additional 1-2 weeks. In stock items can be shipped overnight for an additional fee by contacting us at sby@simplibeautifulyou.com
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. Once shipped we are no longer responsible for your order. Contact USPS for updates. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please email us at sby@simplibeautifulyou.com. Please, include your order number in the email.
United States Shipping:
5-14 Business Days for in stock hair extensions/apparel/accessories/shoes - Via USPS Priority Mail
7-14 Business Days for out-of-stock hair extensions/apparel/accessories/shoes - Via USPS Priority Mail
7-10 Business Days for hair extensions Via USPS Priority Mail
5-14 for special orders - (If you need a special order please contact us at sby@simplibeautifulyou.com.
Expect delays during Sales and Holidays. Please note that some orders may ship sooner than described above.
International Shipping: (A flat rate may apply)
6-10 Business Days (not including processing time) Via USPS Priority Mail for ALL international shipments granted there’s no delays in deliveries. (This shipping timeframe begins only after you are emailed a tracking number). Orders will not be canceled due to orders taking longer time to ship due to international delivery problems. We are not responsible for custom fees/taxes. That will be your responsibility.

Exchanges:
ALL HAIR EXTENSION SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the merchandise/product, refunds will not be issued for hair extensions.
We will issue exchanges for apparel and shoes for the following:
Incorrect size
Incorrect color
The item being exchanged:
Must not have been worn and remain free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of being washed;
Must remain in the original packaging with brand tags attached;
After review of the returned item and it shows no signs of the items listed above, Simpli Beautiful You will then proceed with the exchange process. You will be notified of the progress via the contact information provided.
Purses are not eligible for return.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed, please contact us at sby@simplibeautifulyou.com.
Cancelations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. There will be a $25 return to stock fee.
Lost/Stolen:
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking Number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS office.
Signature Confirmation will be offered upon customers request.
Refunds:
There will be no refunds, only exchanges on apparel and shoes.
